That’s Pinterest…ing Maternity Photos Edition
Seeing as I'm pregnant and love maternity photos I thought that this week a Pinterest Maternity Photo Edition is relevant.
1. So simple, timeless and beautiful. Her profile is stunning but I think anyone would look beautiful in this photo. It's breathtaking.
2. This photo makes me think of The Little Rascals. Words don't express how awesome it is.
3. OMG this photo is WOW. Seriously I love it. Where do I start? The Bowie record, the bling, the perfect belly or that bra and panties (hehehe panties), all just make this photo the greatest photo in the world.
4. Goddess Leonie is so beautiful. If you haven't heard of her please go check out her website, The Goddess Guidebook. The messages are essential for any woman and so uplifting. Her maternity photos were featured on Offbeat Mama, she is that awesome!
5. A small but funny photo that I'll have to con the mister into doing. We did one similar during our shoot when I was pregnant with lufflump but he won't let me show you. Hopefully this time he will!

This is a great collection of photos. Love the silhouette style. I missed my maternity photo shoot as I was induced the day before it was planned. We got some nice photos as I was getting ready to go to the hospital but nothing quite as good as these.

I love the first 2! I never took any special photos when pregnant - so much has changed in 8-9 years I swear. There is a classy photo of my right before due date finally having a small glass of wine (with belly poked out of my shirt) while hubby and my mom put together the cot under my supervision (from the IKEA chair) LOL.

ReplyDeleteLove these images. You know, 5 times I was pregnant and 5 times I didn't have a maternity photo shoot. I just have the snapshots with the "I've had enough" look on my face :s

ReplyDeleteLiking 1 and 3 very much. We did our own glamour style ones at home for both pregnancies and with some editing, have a couple I'm really happy with. Other than that, I took photos every 2-4 weeks to track progress, a bit like you've been doing. I think maternity photos are quite amazing. They how the wonders of a woman's body and how beautiful it is.
